Overall, Ibiza's big city remains in high demand. EIvissa has something for everyone and is for young and old alike. The town, like the rest of the island, has gained in popularity, leading to a great increase in demand for property in this part of Ibiza. As a result of this growing demand, the price per square metre has therefore increased by 1% over the past year. Although €7,503 sq m is slightly below the island's average, this area still accounted for the majority of all properties sold, at 55%.
